Pourquoi ? comment est-il d\u00e9fini ? \u00e0&nbsp;quoi sert-il ? comment l&#8217;obtenir ? ce sont un certain nombre de questions qui devraient trouver leurs r\u00e9ponses dans cet article<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cet autocollant rappellera probablement quelques souvenirs aux automobilistes les plus confirm\u00e9s<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3088 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.horizonemployeur.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Pastille-verte-1998.png\" alt=\"pastille-verte-1998\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\"><\/p>\n<p>Pour les plus jeunes et ceux, plus anciens, qui n&#8217;ont aucun souvenir de ce dispositif, rappelons&nbsp;que cette pastille verte, coll\u00e9e sur le pare-brise, permettrait d&#8217;identifier les v\u00e9hicules les moins polluants, et de les dispenser des restrictions de circulation applicables lors des forts \u00e9pisodes de pollution. Le dispositif a \u00e9t\u00e9 en vigueur de 1998 \u00e0 2012.<\/p>\n<p>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de lutter contre la pollution de l&#8217;air due aux transports est la cause de l&#8217;apparition d&#8217;un nouveau dispositif, mis en place depuis le d\u00e9but de l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 2016, le certificat qualit\u00e9 de l&#8217;air.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Le dispositif 2016<\/h1>\n<p>Si le principe de base&nbsp;du nouveau dispositif reste assez semblable, plusieurs caract\u00e9ristiques le distinguent de celui de 1998:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>son nom, &#8220;certificat qualit\u00e9 de l&#8217;air&#8221;, Crit&#8217;Air&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>la pr\u00e9sence d&#8217;un code-barres qui reprend les informations mentionn\u00e9es en clair, dont l&#8217;immatriculation du v\u00e9hicule<\/li>\n<li>l&#8217;introduction de plusieurs cat\u00e9gories, 6 en tout<\/li>\n<li>la possibilit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e aux collectivit\u00e9s d&#8217;utiliser ces cat\u00e9gories pour filtrer les acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une zone \u00e0 circulation restreinte ou offrir des facilit\u00e9s par exemple en termes de tarifs de stationnement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#8217;utilisation du certificat est facultative: si votre v\u00e9hicule n&#8217;en dispose pas, parce qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas droit ou parce que vous n&#8217;avez pas command\u00e9 et appos\u00e9 le certificat, il ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&#8217;aucun des avantages en cours.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>La cat\u00e9gorisation<\/h1>\n<p>Elle est faite en fonction du type de carburant utilis\u00e9 et de la norme Euro (Euro 1 \u00e0 Euro 6 actuellement) \u00e0 laquelle r\u00e9pond le v\u00e9hicule.
