Quels sont leurs horaires de travail ?<\/h1><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

74 % des r\u00e9pondants sont pr\u00e9sents tous les jours de la semaine du lundi au vendredi, 17 % ne sont pr\u00e9sents que 4 jours.<\/p>\n

4,0 % des r\u00e9pondants indiquent travailler le week-end (3,9 % le samedi, 1,5 % le dimanche): leurs principaux \u00e9tablissements d'appartenance sont logiquement la BA 107, Bouygues Telecom et Auchan. Ce ne sont cependant pas les seules entreprises mentionn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

72,5 % des r\u00e9pondants travaillent en horaires variables, 44,9 % d'horaires variables avec plages fixes et 27,7 % d'horaires variables en raison de leur activit\u00e9. Ces chiffres sont \u00e0 rapprocher du pourcentage majoritaire de 71,7 % de cadres parmi les r\u00e9pondants. Il n'y a cependant pas un lien entre la pratique des horaires variables et le statut de cadre: 21,3 % des cadres annoncent avoir des horaires fixes. Inversement, 55,7 % des professions interm\u00e9diaires et 56,9 % des employ\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'horaires variables. C'est surtout le mode de fonctionnement de l'entreprise qui d\u00e9finit le caract\u00e8re fixe des horaires.<\/p>\n

La majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants se rapproche cependant des horaires classiques:<\/p>\n

  • le matin, 65,3 % des r\u00e9pondants arrivent sur site entre 7h30 et 9h00, 19,0 % entre 9h00 et 10h00, 11,4 % entre 5h et 7h30<\/li>\n
  • le soir, 56,0 % des r\u00e9pondants quittent leur \u00e9tablissement entre 17h30 et 19h00, 22,7 % entre 15h00 et 17h30, 16,4 % entre 19h00 et 20h00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
