A l&rsquo;heure de pointe, la capacit\u00e9 de ces axes n&rsquo;est pas en mesure de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande des conducteurs de voitures particuli\u00e8res, utilitaires, poids lourds, bus et cars. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e de la r\u00e9gulation d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s est donc d&rsquo;optimiser l&rsquo;utilisation des voies rapides en maintenant le d\u00e9bit \u00e0 un niveau inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui entra\u00eenant la congestion, et pour cela contr\u00f4ler les acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la voie rapide par les diverses bretelles d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Le principe de la les v\u00e9hicules entrants quelques secondes, le temps de rendre la circulation sur l&rsquo;axe principal \u00e0 nouveau fluide. Les v\u00e9hicules entrants sont alors lib\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif n&rsquo;\u00e9tant cependant pas de saturer le r\u00e9seau adjacent en cr\u00e9ant une longue remont\u00e9e de file, le dispositif pr\u00e9voit de rouvrir l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s d\u00e8s lors que la bretelle d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s est satur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>La mise en oeuvre de la r\u00e9gulation d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s<\/h2>\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment de la signalisation habituelle, le conducteur arrivant sur la bretelle d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s d\u00e9couvrira Ce sont donc tous les acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;A86 (hormis ceux pour lesquels l&rsquo;installation est g\u00e9om\u00e9triquement impossible, par exemple si la bretelle d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s est tr\u00e8s courte) qui devraient \u00e0 terme \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s, ainsi que ceux aux radiales situ\u00e9es \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de cette autoroute A86.<\/p>\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re tranche de mise en place a eu lieu entre 2006 et 2008 sur l&rsquo;A86 et l&rsquo;A4 au sud-est de Paris (principalement dans le Val-de-Marne), avec l&rsquo;installation du dispositif sur 20 bretelles. Elle a permis la mise au point compl\u00e8te du dispositif.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"regulation_acces_cle1d6933\" href=\"http:\/\/www.horizonemployeur.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/regulation_acces_cle1d6933.pdf\">D\u00e9pliant de pr\u00e9sentation de la r\u00e9gulation d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s A86 (2008)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est d\u00e9sormais l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;A86 qui va \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9, avec 54 acc\u00e8s&nbsp;suppl\u00e9mentaires. Sont concern\u00e9es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>premi\u00e8re phase: A86 sud, mais aussi A6, A6b, RN118, RN12, A4 et RN385 (d\u00e9viation de Ch\u00e2tenay-Malabry en prolongement de l&rsquo;A86)<\/li>\n<li>seconde phase: A86 nord<\/li>\n<li>troisi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re phase: tronc commun A86\/A3 (Rosny-sous-Bois &#8211; Bobigny), mais aussi A1 et A3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A terme, d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n<p>Une exp\u00e9rimentation a eu lieu&nbsp;en mai-juin&nbsp;1999 sur l&rsquo;autoroute A6 en direction de Paris&nbsp;sur 5 bretelles d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e situ\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;Ris-Orangis, Grigny, Viry-Ch\u00e2tillon, Savigny-sur-Orge et Chilly-Mazarin. Elle avait permis d&rsquo;arriver aux conclusions suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une diminution des temps de parcours (en incluant le temps d&rsquo;attente en entr\u00e9e d&rsquo;autoroute) de l&rsquo;ordre de 15 %<\/li>\n<li>une augmentation des vitesses moyennes d&rsquo;environ 10 km\/h<\/li>\n<li>une diminution de la p\u00e9riode&nbsp;o\u00f9 la vitesse s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit \u00e0 moins de 30 km\/h de 50 %<\/li>\n<li>une moindre variabilit\u00e9 des temps de parcours (l&rsquo;\u00e9cart moyen a chut\u00e9 de 24 \u00e0 14 %)<\/li>\n<li>tout en ne d\u00e9gradant pas les conditions de circulation sur le r\u00e9seau secondaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Des mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la mise en service de la r\u00e9gulation d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s sur la partie&nbsp;sud-est de l&rsquo;A86, sur une section de l&rsquo;autoroute A4 comprenant quelques kilom\u00e8tres de tronc commun avec l&rsquo;A86. Elles ont montr\u00e9 une diminution du temps de parcours moyen de 21 min \u00e0 18 min \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure de pointe du matin.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur de V\u00e9lizy 2 &#8211; Petit Clamart reste cependant complexe avec plusieurs sections d&rsquo;entrecroisements courtes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RN118 direction Bi\u00e8vres entre l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e venant de V\u00e9lizy et la bifurcation vers l&rsquo;A86 (200 m\u00e8tres)<\/li>\n<li>A86 direction Cr\u00e9teil entre l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la RN118 venant de Paris \/ V\u00e9lizy et la bifurcation vers Clamart (250 m\u00e8tres)<\/li>\n<li>A86 direction Cr\u00e9teil entre l&rsquo;insertion de la bretelle venant du Petit Clamart et la sortie vers Le Plessis-Robinson (450 m\u00e8tres)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>et des insertions tr\u00e8s courtes comme celle de l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la bretelle de la RN118 venant de Paris \/ V\u00e9lizy sur l&rsquo;A86 direction Cr\u00e9teil, qui sont autant de sources de congestion d\u00e8s que le trafic devient important (soit \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s tous les soirs de la semaine).<\/p>\n<p>Cette configuration, instable aux heures de pointe (le moindre incident transforme une situation encore fluide en un blocage total), rend les pr\u00e9visions de fonctionnement du dispositif qui auront pu \u00eatre faites assez incertaines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Dans la pratique<\/h2>\n<h3>Secteur V\u00e9lizy 2 &#8211; Petit Clamart<\/h3>\n<p>Ce sont 4 bretelles qui sont en cours d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la bretelle d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e sur la RN 118 directions Bi\u00e8vres et A 86 en venant de V\u00e9lizy (avenue Morane-Saulnier)<\/li>\n<li>la bretelle d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;A 86 direction Cr\u00e9teil en venant de la RN 118 provenances Pont de S\u00e8vres et V\u00e9lizy (fin du viaduc)<\/li>\n<li>la bretelle d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;A 86 direction Cr\u00e9teil venant du carrefour du Petit Clamart (insertion par la gauche, utilis\u00e9e en particulier par les bus RATP des lignes 179 et 379)<\/li>\n<li>la bretelle d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;A 86 direction Versailles venant de la RN 118 provevance Bi\u00e8vres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Secteur V\u00e9lizy-Ouest (\u00e9changeur 31)<\/h3>\n<p>Les 2 bretelles d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;A 86 en direction de Cr\u00e9teil et en direction de Versailles sont en cours d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement.<\/p>\n<h3>Secteur Meudon (\u00e9changeur 2)<\/h3>\n<p>La bretelle d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la RN 118 en direction de V\u00e9lizy et Bi\u00e8vres devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Un exemple d&rsquo;implantation en images<\/h2>\n<p>Les photos suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises fin mars 2016 sur la bretelle venant de l&rsquo;avenue Morane-Saulnier donnant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la RN 118 direction Bi\u00e8vres \/ A 86.<\/p>\n<p>On trouve d&rsquo;abord 1 panneau dynamique (lumineux):<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2323\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.horizonemployeur.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/20160329_143405_resized_800d.jpg?resize=700%2C525\" alt=\"20160329_143405_resized_800d\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\"  data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/p>\n<p>puis 2 panneaux dynamiques plac\u00e9s de part et d&rsquo;autre de la chauss\u00e9e:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2322\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.horizonemployeur.fr\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/20160329_143248_resized_800d.jpg?resize=700%2C525\" alt=\"20160329_143248_resized_800d\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\"  data-recalc-dims=\"1\"><\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e sur la RN 118, on a les 2 feux de part et d&rsquo;autre de la chauss\u00e9e de la bretelle.
